Spraying construction requirements:
1. Metal anchors or steel wire mesh (tortoiseshell mesh) should be installed on the sprayed surface.
2. Equipment configuration: The forced mixer, air compressor, spraying machine, water pump, air storage tank, water storage tank, etc. are installed and tested normally.
When mixing the spray coating, 4% -5% water should be added to prevent segregation caused by flying during the transportation of dry powder to the spraying machine. The remaining water should be added at the nozzle of the spray gun, with a water dosage of approximately (40-42%). The water dosage should be stable, and the spray layer should not flow. On the premise of ensuring the quality of the spray coating, it is necessary to add as little water as possible to obtain a spray coating with good performance.
4. First, conduct a trial spray, adjust the ratio of material to water, and check the degree of uniform mixing to ensure that there is no dry material or flowing on the spraying surface.
5. The spraying operation should generally be carried out from top to bottom, and the spraying direction should be perpendicular to the sprayed surface. The distance between the nozzle and the sprayed surface should be about lm. During operation, the nozzle should continuously move along a circular trajectory to evenly distribute coarse and fine particles.
6. Spraying should be carried out continuously in sections, with one spray reaching the design thickness. The spraying area should not be too large, generally controlled between 1.0 and 1.5m ². Spray well before spreading around. If the inner lining is thick and needs to be sprayed in layers, the second layer should be sprayed before the initial setting of the previous layer of paint. The rebound material attached to the supporting components or the bottom of the pipeline should be removed in a timely manner, and the rebound material should not be returned to the pot for mixing.
7. If the spraying construction is interrupted, it should be at the expansion joint or made into a stepped joint. When re spraying, the joint should be moistened with water spray.
8. The thickness of the spraying layer should be checked in a timely manner. When the spraying layer has just set, the surface should be trimmed with a spatula. In case of looseness, dry cracking, etc., it should be promptly removed and repainted.
