The height of the first grade high alumina bricks and the second grade high alumina bricks is generally not more than 750mm, and the firing temperature of the reverse flame kiln is between 1440-1460 ℃, with insulation for 40-48 hours. The firing temperature of the tunnel kiln is generally between 1540-1580 ℃. The height of the third grade high alumina brick blank is 1000mm, the firing temperature in the reverse flame kiln is 1380-1420 ℃, and the insulation time is 24-32h. The firing temperature in the tunnel kiln is 1430-1460 ℃.
1. High alumina bricks are divided into grades one, two, and three. The normal production temperature is around 1440 degrees Celsius, and the insulation time can reach 40 hours.
2. When manufacturing third grade high alumina bricks, the temperature should be controlled at 1400 degrees Celsius, and the insulation time can reach up to 32 hours under such conditions.
3. When firing high alumina bricks in an underground kiln, it is necessary to maintain the temperature at 1550 degrees Celsius, so that the insulation time can be 24 hours or even 48 hours.
And based on the temperature and different raw materials, the low temperature for firing high alumina bricks is set at 600 degrees Celsius, and then the temperature is gradually increased during the firing process until the required temperature for firing high alumina bricks is reached.
