The alumina ceramic filter with working temperature of 1400-1500 ℃ ordered by Myanmar customers has two specifications: 100 * 100 * 20MM and 66 * 66 * 12.5mm, which are used for cylinder block filtration. The firing temperature of our alumina ceramic filter reaches 1480 ℃, the product load softening temperature reaches 1480 ℃, and the fire resistance is greater than 1600 ℃, which fully meets the safe use of customers. The product is white, with accurate dimensions, tolerance of ± 0.3mm and neat edges and corners.
There are two kinds of cordierite ceramic filters ordered by Korean customers, 75 * 30 * 10mm and 75 * 35 * 10mm. The products are beautiful and accurate in size. They are fired at 1250 ℃ for catalyst carrier.
