Steelmaking system includes converter, electric furnace, refining furnace, ladle, tundish and other equipment. In the electric furnace, the dry vibrating material, prefabricated or cast-in-place furnace cover or furnace cover: triangle area and other parts have better fire-resistant effect; in the converter and electric furnace, the fire-resistant spray coating is generally used to repair the damage, and the methods include manual feeding, wet, dry or flame spraying and slag splashing. In the converter, the traditional slag splashing technology is widely used, and the furnace life can reach more than 10000 times; there are many kinds of refining furnaces outside the furnace, the RH method and DH method degassing device are inserted into the corresponding pipe lining, and the high alumina refractory castable is generally used to cast into a whole with a large area, and the service life is about 20-80 times. Ladle and tundish are the important auxiliary industrial equipment of steelmaking furnace, and also the thermal equipment which consumes more refractories.
The iron system includes sintering, coking, blast furnace and its auxiliary equipment. The ignition furnace of the belt sintering machine is made of fire-resistant plastic and clay combined with fire-resistant castables on site, or hoisted with prefabricated blocks of phosphoric acid fire-resistant castables, with a service life of 3-6 years. When the line ignition device is used, the furnace top is pressed down a lot and the working conditions of the furnace become better. The light and high-strength refractory castable or refractory fiber and its products can be used as lining, and good results can be obtained.
