Bending strength refers to the maximum bending stress that the refractory sample can bear on the three-point bending device, also known as bending strength. The bending strength of refractory materials is divided into normal temperature bending strength and high temperature bending strength. Generally, the products with high compressive strength at normal temperature have high flexural strength at normal temperature. The products with high flexural strength at high temperature have good resistance to the impact, wear and erosion of materials and liquid slag under the high temperature conditions of use. The commonly used unit is Mpa, N/mm2.
