High chromium refractory bricks refer to refractory products with Cr2O3 ≥ 60%. The main raw materials are Cr2O3, Al2O3, or a small amount of ZrO2, which are made by firing at high temperature. High chromium refractory bricks are mainly used in the erosion resistant parts of Coal Water Slurry Gasifiers, glass fiber furnaces and waste incinerators. In order to improve the physical properties of high chromium bricks used in gasifiers and the erosion resistance of coal slag, and extend their service life, the product properties of Cr2O3 powder with different particle sizes are studied. The results show that the particle size of Cr2O3 powder is 17um, and the product strength, thermal shock resistance and coal slag erosion permeability resistance are the best
