Application Of Aluminum Silicon Carbon Brick in Teeming Ladle

The traditional refractory bricks used for the lining of teeming ladle are clay bricks and high alumina bricks, which have a general effect. The teeming ladle aluminum silicon carbon brick produced and supplied by our company completely replaces the clay brick. The high alumina brick has a very superior service life, which is more than three times that of the clay brick and the high alumina brick. The aluminum silicon carbon brick used in the production of steel ladle is pyrophyllite or bauxite, fused silicon carbide and high-quality graphite. After drying at 250 ℃, the product has excellent physical and mechanical properties, good peeling resistance, scouring resistance and wear resistance, good slag corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. It has been used as fire-resistant brick for the lining of steel ladle and has received good effect.
