Aluminum oxide ball insulation brick is made from aluminum oxide hollow balls and aluminum oxide powder as the main raw materials, added with a binder, and fired at a high temperature of 1750 ℃. It belongs to ultra-high temperature energy-saving insulation and refractory products. The main crystal form is α- Al2O3 can be made into various shapes of products, with a maximum operating temperature of 1800 ℃. The product has high mechanical strength, which is several times that of ordinary lightweight insulation and refractory products, and its bulk density is only half of that of corundum products. It is widely used in high-temperature and ultra-high temperature kilns such as petrochemical industry gasifiers, carbon black industry reaction furnaces, metallurgical induction furnaces, and has achieved very satisfactory energy-saving effects.
