Acceptance content after completion of refractory brick masonry



After the completion of refractory brick masonry construction, the production management department of the owner unit shall organize an inspection team consisting of department leaders, members of the refractory material monitoring team, construction unit leaders, and construction technicians to conduct acceptance of refractory materials. The acceptance is divided into two parts:

1. Acceptance of construction quality and quantity

The acceptance of construction quality includes the quantity and variety of refractory bricks, as well as the appearance quality acceptance of the construction. The acceptance should be documented in writing and signed and archived by the production management department, production unit, and construction unit.
2. Acceptance of remaining refractory materials during construction

The acceptance of the remaining refractory materials during construction shall be organized by the supply department of the owner's unit, with the participation of the production management unit and the user unit. The main purpose of the acceptance is to inspect the unused refractory materials that have been released from the warehouse, including the quantity, loss, and repackaging of the remaining refractory materials. Preparation shall be made for the return of the remaining refractory materials, and the construction unit shall be given rewards and punishments. Written materials shall be formed and signed and archived by the supply department, production management department, and production unit of the owner's company.
