5. The diameter of the coke block used is smaller than the distance between the furnace wall and the crucible.
6. The graphite crucible is heated from the air temperature to 200°C for 1-1.5 hours before use (especially during the initial baking, the crucible must be continuously turned so that the inside and outside of the crucible is slowly heated up and not to exceed 100°C. Wait a little while and the water vapor is exhausted After continuing to heat up). Use another hour to increase the temperature to about 800°C, and do not take too long to bake. 7. The inner wall of the furnace must be kept intact to avoid flame deflection.
8. The burner is used for heating. The flame should not be sprayed directly on the crucible, but should be sprayed on the crucible base.
9. Propose and install the corresponding crucible tongs.
10. Insert metal into the bottom of the crushed material before inserting the metal ingot, but it should not be too close and placed horizontally to avoid the crucible from being broken due to the expansion of the metal.
11. It is best to continuously melt the crucible as soon as it is used to reduce the intermittent time.
12. If you stop using it in the middle, you should scoop up the remaining liquid to avoid bursting when you continue to use it.
13. During the smelting process, the amount of refining agent must be strictly controlled. Excessive addition will reduce the graphite crucible life accordingly. And often clean the ballast to avoid affecting the appearance and capacity of the crucible guide. If the ballast is too thick, it will cause the upper part to burst.
