Brief Knowledge Introduction of Silicon Calcium Board Heat Insulation Product

Silicon calcium board products are divided into two categories, one is ordinary silicon calcium board, CaO/SIO2 is about 0.8, the main mineral component is 5CaO·6SIO2·5H2O. The other is hard silicon calcium board, CaO/SIO2 is about 1.0, the main mineral component is 6CaO·6SIO2·2H2O. The main raw materials for production of silicon calcium board are diatomite, lime,reinforcement fibers and additives.The product has small bulk density, the international standard is generally 220 kg/m3, high strength (compressive strength≥0.4Mpa), low thermal conductivity （70℃±5℃，0.049-0.064w/m.k）, convenient construction, low loss rate and other excellent properties. The use temperature of ordinary silicon calcium board is 650℃, and that of hard silicon calcium board is 1000℃.
