The product has high fire resistance, good thermal shock stability and certain resistance to sulfate attack. Its use temperature is generally 1350-1400 ° C, if you want to increase the use temperature, you can use alumina cement and adjust the particle grading. The product also has antibacterial acidity, good alkalinity, high strength, and no cracking after burning.

Casting top construction procedure: first assemble the top template and then install the anchor. After the anchoring bricks are installed, the anchoring hooks must be strictly inspected one by one. It is necessary to ensure that each hook and the lifting beam above are installed, and the dimensions required by the design drawings are to be guaranteed. When installing the formwork, ensure the thickness of the top of the furnace required by the design drawings. The formwork should have sufficient strength and rigidity to prevent deformation during construction and thoroughly clean all the debris on the formwork. The formwork must be flat and free of irregularities and corners. The phenomenon, especially at the intersection with the side wall, must not have any gaps to prevent leakage of the castable during pouring.

A clearance of 5 mm between the bottom of the anchoring brick and the formwork should be maintained to evenly force the hanging anchoring brick. During the pouring process, ensure that the anchoring brick is perpendicular to the template. After pouring, let it be naturally cured and dry. Do not water and maintain it, pay attention to antifreeze. Do not knock on the hammer when removing the mold to prevent damage to the roof. After the top casting is completed, it is necessary to check whether the hanging parts are fastened one by one, and the anchoring hooks should not be buried in the roof insulation material.

First of all, when refractory castables are stored, it is necessary to pay attention to moisture protection. Before construction, it is necessary to closely check whether the nails are solid. Is there any heat-resistant nails, the surface of which needs to be coated with a layer of paint, or The plastic is wrapped to cushion the thermal expansion stress.

Secondly, the construction site needs to be clean and clean. Do not mix other impurities such as sediment, lime, clay, etc. in the refractory castable, and do not mix the above materials with all utensils and equipment that are in contact with the refractory castable. Again, during the construction, the mixer is used for mixing, and artificial iron shovel should not be used for manual mixing, and different brands and models of refractory castables should not be mixed. When using, pour all the whole bag of materials into the blender, do not leave. Add clean drinking water when mixing, stir for 2-3 minutes, and mix the ingredients as much as possible within half an hour. After the construction is completed, try to maintain for 2-3 days.
