The application of light heat preservation brick makes the high temperature industry get the effect of saving energy and environmental protection, and it is widely used in the heat preservation system of kiln.
Light insulating brick is a kind of thermal insulation material with low bulk density, high porosity and low thermal conductivity. Its low density and low thermal conductivity determine its irreplaceable application in industrial kilns, but low density, low thermal conductivity and strength are contradictory. In the national standard (GB / T3996-1983), the performance indexes of light insulating bricks are put forward. In the standard, we can see that with the decrease of thermal conductivity of different types of insulating bricks, the corresponding strength is also reduced. And people always hope to have a kind of heat insulation brick with low thermal conductivity and good strength. According to the existing standards, when the thermal conductivity is 0.13w / m•K, the fire resistance is 800-900 ℃, the linear change is 900 ℃× 8h, not more than 2%, the compressive strength is 0.8MPa, and the bulk density is 0.5g/cm3.
In the production example, the consumption of each raw material is as follows: 300kg of silica sand containing more than 96% silica, 10kg of lime containing more than 85% calcium oxide, 70kg of silica fireclay containing more than 90% silica, 30kg of aluminum phosphate cement, 1kg of industrial aluminum, and 400-500kg of total water consumption. The preparation process is as follows:
1,Weigh the ingredients according to the proportion, grind the materials into powder, add water to the silica sand for pulping and preheat at 45-50℃;
2,Add the other materials into the slurry and stir them. After the mixture is completely mixed, pour the mixture into the mold, heat it to 65-70℃ for foaming, the foaming amount is more than 40% of the total amount. After the foaming, keep it at 40℃ for 2 hours;
3,After standing, enter the steam room for steaming. The steaming pressure is 1.2MPa, the steaming temperature is 190℃, and the steaming time is 9 hours;
4,High temperature sintering, 800℃.
