The compressive strength and load softening temperature are significantly higher than those of anti-stripping high-alumina bricks. Its thermal shock stability, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and thermal conductivity are not high, which are required by the process characteristics of the rear transition zone. The life is 1.5 to 2 times that of anti-peeling bricks. It has good wear resistance and is more suitable for cooling belts, and its service life can reach more than two years, which is 3 to 5 times that of high alumina bricks. Now, according to the use conditions of different sections of the rotary kiln, different grades of silica molybdenum bricks with different properties have been applied.


Performance advantages:


1. High load softness and excellent high temperature resistance (the actual detection value of its load softening temperature is stable above 1680 ℃, which has been greatly improved on the basis of silica molybdenum bricks, which is comparable to that of magnesia-aluminum spinel bricks.)

High strength, wear resistance, not easy to peel off and corrode (the actual test value of its strength is stable above 160MPa, which is more than 3 times the strength of silica brick The strength is increased, it is not easy to be damaged during handling and construction, and can be fully improved Its wear resistance, so it is very suitable to use 2 to 3 meters from the kiln mouth). 3. Low thermal conductivity and good thermal insulation effect (the thermal conductivity of magnesia-aluminum spinel brick is too large, which leads to high temperature in simplified form; because silicon molybdenum brick is still a high-alumina-silicon carbide series product, its material characteristics determine Its lower thermal conductivity. Simplified temperature can be reduced by more than 50 ℃ in the same period)


4. Excellent thermal shock resistance (its good thermal shock stability can fully adapt to the environmental requirements of frequent temperature fluctuations in the front transition zone)


5. Silica brick density is moderate, and the simplified load is reduced (the bulk density of the silicon-Mohong brick is more than 8% lower than that of the magnesia-aluminum spinel brick, which leads to the reduction of the simplified load of the Si-Mo red brick by more than 8% within the unit length of the same kiln type)
