Description

Board palletizer is also named board palletizing machine, plate stacking machine, board stacking machine, board suction machine, automatic feeding machine, automatic unloading machine, or stacker crane.

 

Features:

1, The design of the board palletizer takes into account the characteristics of large sheet area, uneven weight, and fragile surface, and makes refined improvements.

Precise gripping method: Through customized grippers (such as vacuum sucker group, mechanical gripper, electromagnetic suction cup), it can adapt to different materials/sizes of boards - for example, vacuum sucker for glass substrates, strong suction electromagnetic sucker or vacuum silicone sucker for metal plates, anti slip mechanical gripper or vacuum silicone sucker for wooden boards, and vacuum silicone sucker for plastic boards, to avoid scratching, deformation or detachment during gripping.

2, Ordered Stacking: According to the preset program,

1, Classified by degree of automation

Semi automatic board palletizer: it requires manual assistance for loading (such as placing the sheet at the grabbing station), and the equipment automatically completes grabbing and stacking.

It is suitable for small and medium-sized production with narrow space and low cost.

Fully automatic board palletizer: it can be directly connected to front-end production lines (such as sheet cutting lines and pressing lines), automatically receiving, positioning, grasping, palletizing, and transporting sheets without manual intervention;

It is suitable for large-scale, continuous production (such as large gypsum board factories, metal sheet processing factories).

2, Classified by structural form

Longmen truss type board palletizer: It achieves grasping and palletizing through the "X/Y" two axis movement, with a stable structure, suitable for scenarios where the size of the plate is fixed and the palletizing position is single (such as wooden boards, plastic boards, glass substrates palletizing).
