The high strength high-alumina insulation brick use calcined bauxite as main raw material. It has series products of different bulk density. It has two kinds of extrusion molding and press molding. The product is a porous structure composed of mullite or corundum phase and glass phase, and its performance is better than that of clay heat insulation brick. According to the density, it can be divided into several brands.High alumina insulation brick is used to build insulation layer at temperature not higher than 1350 ℃. High alumina poly light insulating brick is a necessary refractory for industrial furnace design. It is widely used in metallurgy, machinery, ceramics, chemical industry and other furnace lining and insulation layer.
