2,Product Description:The main raw materials are: fused white corundum, sintered tabular corundum, fused mullite, sintered mullite, micropowder and additives, and advanced amorphous refractories made by scientific batching and full mixing. According to the different use environment, the products are divided into several brands: products with Al2O3 ≥ 90% based on corundum phase, products with Al2O3 ≥ 80% based on corundum phase and mullite phase, and products with Al2O3 ≥ 50% based on mullite phase. Because corundum mullite castables have the following superior properties in the process of high temperature use: high temperature strength, good density modification, good overall structural integrity at high temperature, good wear resistance and erosion resistance, It has strong slag corrosion resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, peeling resistance and no pollution, so it is widely used in electric furnace roof, ladle, garbage incinerator, petrochemical furnace, cement kiln, etc., with good application effect.
