When using the equipment, the nails should not be too few. The main reason for the uneven surface is the uneven bottom layer or the deformation and bulging of the floor strip. During the construction, the surface of keel (according to the use of ceiling keel and distance keel) shall be leveled with a ruler, and it is assumed that the uneven surface shall be adjusted by wood pad.
Small ventilation slots shall be made on the keel. A ventilation gap of 10 mm shall be left between the board edge and the wall. The data of the thermal insulation layer must be monotonous to prevent the wooden board from bulging after being affected by the moisture. The flatness tendency of wood floor surface should be within 1mm. Apart from the nonstandard equipment in construction, the reasons for the loose joint are the large tendency of width specification and poor processing quality of the board.
