Phosphate bonded high alumina bricks are chemical bonded refractory bricks made from dense special grade or first-class high alumina bauxite clinker as the main raw material, phosphate solution or aluminum phosphate solution as the binder, semi dry press molding, and heat treatment at 400-600 ℃. It belongs to non fired bricks. In order to avoid significant shrinkage of the product during use, heating expansion materials such as bluestone and silica are generally introduced into the ingredients.
5. Micro expanded high alumina brick
The main material of this brick is high alumina bauxite, with the addition of three stones of concentrate, produced according to the production process of high alumina bricks.
