Fully insulated sintered hollow brick is an innovative product based on the improvement of 200mm * 240mm * 115mm insulation brick structure. The internal ribs of the brick structure account for 17.4%, and cutting off the cold and hot bridges can reduce the temperature difference. The strip wall of the brick accounts for 20.8%, and the masonry mortar of the wall is 10mm, accounting for 8.6%. These 29.4% of the cold and hot bridges are eliminated, and the strip wall is replaced with concave and convex grooves. When building the wall, the scraper is removed backwards, and the brick and mortar form a connected perforated masonry. The thermal resistance of this masonry is R=0.63 (m2 · K)/W, and the heat transfer coefficient of the wall is K=1.22W (m2 · K). This product can be used in hot summer and cold winter areas and economically. Suitable buildings and rural housing that do not require internal and external insulation can save costs. When used in cold and extremely cold regions, the wall needs to be insulated both internally and externally, which can also save some costs.
