Foam glass plate is an inorganic non-metallic glass material made of cullet, foaming agent, modified additive and foaming accelerator, which are finely crushed and evenly mixed, then melted, foamed and annealed at high temperature.
① Light bulk density, around 150kg/m3;
② Low thermal conductivity, stable thermal conductivity below 0.060 W/m.k (38 ℃);
③ Not breathable;
④ Low water absorption rate, around 0.2%;
⑤ Not burning;
⑥ Not moldy, corroded, or bitten by mice;
⑦ Compressive strength ≥ 0.7MPa, flexural strength ≥ 0.5Mpa;
⑧ Can resist acid corrosion (excluding hydrogen fluoride);
⑨ Non toxic, free of CFC (chlorofluorocarbon carbon) and HCFCs (hydrochlorofluorocarbon);
⑩ The physical and chemical properties are stable, and the size is stable.
