Aluminum oxide hollow ball products and ZrO2 hollow ball products have good fire resistance, high strength, and thermal insulation properties. They can be used as working linings for high-temperature or ultra-high temperature artificial equipment, as well as insulation materials for high-temperature kiln linings, which can save about 30% energy. These hollow bricks can be used to produce standardized products or as castables. Aluminum oxide hollow sphere bricks have a long-term usage temperature of 1650-1800 ℃, while ZrO2 hollow sphere bricks have a long-term usage temperature of 2000-2300 ℃. They are commonly used in vaporization furnaces, gasification furnaces, carbon black reaction furnaces in the petrochemical industry, heating furnaces in the metallurgical industry, sintering furnaces for refractory materials and ceramics, as well as medium frequency induction furnaces for high-temperature hard alloys and quartz glass melting furnaces.
