Anticorrosive carbon bricks can be divided into several types: phenolic resin bonding, asphalt impregnation, and furan resin impregnation. Products bonded with phenolic resin have a service temperature of 150-200 ℃ and strong anti-corrosion ability. Products impregnated with asphalt have a high temperature resistance of up to 1800 ℃. Products impregnated with furan resin are based on phenolic resin bonding, which improves the strength and anti-corrosion ability of the product.
Anticorrosive carbon bricks are mainly used in kilns for phosphoric acid production, mainly for anti-corrosion purposes, and have an irreplaceable use effect that other refractory products cannot replace.
